Services and proposals

Project scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. Quotes are estimates until a formal agreement is signed or confirmed by email.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, clients receive usage rights to final deliverables after payment. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and portfolio use of completed work.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide timely feedback, assets, and access needed to complete work. Delays in client input may affect delivery dates.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on invoices or project agreements. We may pause work for overdue accounts.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from website use or services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
